I was shocked to stumble upon Sarah’s obituary here. I had no idea she was ill. Sarah was one of my students several years ago when she attended classes after her factory closed down. She was one of my absolute favorite students ever as she was so open and eager to learn new things. I used to run into her occasionally at Walmart or the grocery store and she would always stop to talk to me to catch up on things. I am so very sorry to hear of her passing. She was a bright light who will be missed.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I only met Sarah once at Todd and Hannah's wedding and she was very sweet. I know our granddaughter Adyson loved face timing with her very much and both Dexton and Adyson enjoyed the little cards and gifts she sent them. Love and hugs to all the family. Valerie

Sending my condolences to Sarah's family. Sarah and I went to HS together. She was 3 years older. I saw her at a reunion about 4 weeks ago with one of her grandchildren, of whom she was so proud of. She was just as beautiful as ever and seemed so happy to be there. It is amazing how quickly life can change. May each of you cherish all of your wonderful memories of Sarah and may peace be with you at this difficult time.

Will miss her dearly a very loving mom grandma and friend. Never could not help anyone that needed it. Held a beautiful family thanksgiving with all the fixing and more for everyone. Loved to bake I can’t eat another chocolate chip cookie again because she made the best. Put everything and everyone before her needs or wants. A blessing she can be at rest now with her son Robert. thank God for that blessing.

Every single memory I have of Sarah is happy and funny, the float trips, her teaching me how to fry potatoes, cook beans, fry chicken...her being on the boat when she was pregnant with Ethan and acting like she was going into labor, the week we spent at the Missouri state fair, my memories could fill a book.
