Obituary of Charles Thomas Weatherford

Charles Thomas “Chuck” Weatherford, age 54, of Eldon, Missouri, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2019  in Eldon.

Chuck was born February 15, 1965 in Lafayette, Indiana. He was the son of Michael and Susan (Himes) Weatherford.

Chuck worked as a cook at McDonalds and enjoyed every moment helping customers. He never knew a stranger. Everyone who knew Chuck knew he was a big-hearted person and that he was willing to lend a helping hand. He saw the good in every person he met. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, but the most important thing to him was spending time with his family and friends. Not only was he a momma’s boy, but also quite the lady’s man. He enjoyed life. His favorite saying was “stylin’, smilin’, and profilin’.” Chuck even enjoyed his double mint gum and cologne.

Chuck was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend to those who knew him. His memory and legacy will live on in the lives of his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Chuck is survived by his sons, Charles Weatherford and his wife Ashley, of Indiana, Nick Weatherford of Indiana, William Burk of Missouri; daughters Kelci Madewell and her husband Steven, of Missouri, Susan Weatherford, of Indiana, and Jasmine Thompson of Missouri and Amber Nate of Indiana. He is also survived by his father, Michael Weatherford of Indiana, and step-father, Rich Branson of Missouri, a brother, Mike Weatherford of Indiana, and sister Kim Weatherford of Missouri,, half-sisters, Michelle and Filisa of Indiana; his six grandchildren Blayk, Andreya, Dakota, Brighten, Makayla, and Jason. He is also survived by Susan Jacobs, who was like a second mom to him, and Mike Adams, who was like a brother to him, and other relatives and many friends.

Chuck was preceded in death by his mother Susan Weatherford and his cousin Doug Himes.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
