Obituary of Anand Patrick Torres

Anand Patrick Torres, age 41, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Lake Ozark.

Anand was born November 30, 1977 in Los Angeles, California. He was the son of Andre Torres and Anju Shah.

He was married to Kourtney Doss on July 17, 2017 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Anand worked as the director of food and beverage at the Regalia Hotel and Conference Center in Lake Ozark, Missouri.  He loved playing tennis and coached youth athletics at the Lake.  He enjoyed boating, swimming, anything that involved food, and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.   More than anything, he loved his family and loved spending time with them.

Anand is survived by his son, Andre Torres of Lake Ozark, Missouri; his daughter, Ellyana Torres of Lake Ozark, Missouri; his stepson Landon Lyman; his father, Andre Torres of Lake Ozark, Missouri; and his brothers, Christophe Torres and wife, Angela of Lake Ozark, Missouri and Pierre Torres and wife, Nicole, of Lake Ozark, Missouri.   He is also survived by the mother of Ellyana and Andre, Amber Torres of Osage Beach, Missouri; and two nieces, Annika and Zoe Torres of Lake Ozark, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his mother Anju; his paternal grandparents Mathilde Gargori and Francois Torres; and his maternal grandparents Vajabhai and Demataben Shah.  Also deceased is his wife, Kourtney Torres.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 17, 2019, from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Regalia Hotel and Conference Center in Lake Ozark, Missouri.
