Robert C. “Bob” Billick, 75, of
Bob was born on July 21, 1944 at
Bob learned about barbering as a young man from his step-Grandpa John and knew from then on he wanted to become a barber. He was an excellent, highly skilled barber. Early in his career, he and his business partner were pioneers of men’s hairstyling, opening the first men’s hairstyling shop in
Bob, along with six other men, founded the junior football league program (JFL) in
Bob took great pride in his home in
Bob and his wife Cheryl were high school sweethearts and shared 54 years of marriage at the time of his death.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl, one child, Keri Goble Billick (Amy), one sister JoDee Bardell, in-laws and other relatives and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, step-father, mother and two sisters.
Bob always said Jesus was in his heart; now he is in the arms of Jesus.
According to Bob’s wishes his body will be cremated.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Hedges-Scott Funeral Homes,
