Obituary of Catherine Ann "Kitty" Roberts

Catherine Ann “Kitty” Roberts, age 70, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Windsor Estates in Camdenton.

Kitty was born April 7, 1949 in Vienna, Austria to Arther and Mary Borck.

Kitty came to the United States when she was two years old and moved to Wisconsin. She met Gary Joski in high school, and they were united in marriage August 26, 1971. They moved to Kansas City in 1973. In 1976, Kitty’s daughter, Melissa, was born. Kitty was remarried June 4, 1993 to Ronald Roberts, gaining three stepchildren. Kitty and Ronald shared 22 years together.

Kitty was a very loving and caring woman, a devoted wife, and amazing mother and grandma.

Kitty worked in real estate for many years before switching to banking. She worked her way up to becoming a loan officer and moved to Lake of the Ozarks in 1997. There she became Vice President at Bank Star One for 17 years.

Kitty loved horses, bird watching, reading, and knitting. She was an artist and loved taking pictures. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Catherine is survived by her daughter Melissa Schierding; and grandchildren, Logan Barnhart and Hailey Mitchell.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, Arther and Mary Borck, and husband, Ronald Roberts.

We will miss her dearly and she will never fade away.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday, November 25, 2019, at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.
