Obituary of Linda Suzanne Puppe

Linda Suzanne (Day) Puppe, age 77, has completed her work for Jesus here on Earth and has gone to be with Him in Heaven. She loved to travel and was looking forward to the reunion with her husband Jerry, and family and friends she hasn’t seen in a long time. Her new adventure takes her to a wonderful place where she will paint, play the piano, sew, and play a mean hand of cards, all pain free. We are envious of all the tasty treats she will be cooking. Linda loved the Lord with all her heart. It was a blessing to see her shower His love over everyone she met. Her Kingdom work comforted and blessed people of all ages. Soul Sisters, Grief Share, and volunteering at Hope House were only a few of the heartfelt missions she embraced. Linda’s nursing career spanned 40+ years working pediatrics through hospice care. She told the best stories about how fulfilling it was to care for and love the souls she encountered. We love you so much Mom/Mema! Her children, Lisa, Amy, and Andy; her siblings, Susan, Dennis, Jane, Timothy and all their families wish to express our sincere gratitude to all the compassionate people, especially the staff at Menorah Medical Center, who have given their love and exemplary care to Linda throughout her long health battle. We will be celebrating Linda’s life on Monday, February 3rd, at Riverview Baptist Church in Osage Beach, Missouri. Viewing will be at 10:00 am with a service to follow at 11:00. Memorial are suggested to the Hope House.
