Obituary of Ilse E. Petersen

Ilse E. Petersen, age 87, of Osage Beach, Missouri passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. Ilse was born March 16, 1933 in Wiesbaden, Germany, the daughter of Robert and Elsa (Krissel) Noll. Ilse was united in marriage to Ingolf John Petersen on March 24, 1955. They shared 53 years together at when he preceded her in death on November 24, 2008. Ilse loved her family and loved spending time with them. She also enjoyed needle work and reading. Ilse is survived by her daughter Ingrid Wickam and husband Shirrel of Lake Ozark, Missouri; 2 grandchildren Michelle Johnson and Christy Essen; 7 great-grandchildren Samuel Johnson, Robert Johnson, Ashley Johnson, Christopher Armbruster, Elizabeth Essen, Brandon Essen, and Andrew Essen; and 3 great-great-grandchildren Berri Essen, Cordell Walker, and Remy Armbruster. She is also survived by one sister Inge Arndt of Osage Beach, Missouri. Ilse was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Elsa Noll; husband Ingolf Petersen; and Ilona Furbee. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held 1:00 – 3:00 pm, Sunday, July 12, 2020 at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Osage Beach, Missouri.
