Obituary of Nadine P. Scarborough

Nadine P. Scarborough, 88, of Climax Springs, Missouri, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, July 14, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Cremation is planned with a celebration of life to follow at a later date. Nadine was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 1 brother, and her loving husband Clifford W. Scarborough. Nadine leaves two sons Bill Scarborough (Janet), Stover, Missouri and Gary Scarborough (Gina Gowin), Independence, Missouri; three daughters, Vicki Becker (Gary), Odessa, Missouri, Sandy Seaton (Terry), Idaho, and Jackie Cohron (Donnie), Bates City, Missouri. Nadine was a "Grandma" to 25 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Nadine was a 50 year member of the Eastern star and a devoted wife, mother, and grandma. She cherished her time at the Lake with family, friends, and neighbors. She loved time spent painting wood crafts, fishing, and cooking for family and friends. Nadine was an energetic firecracker, an encourager, and had a welcome door to friends and family. She had a gift for making every stranger feel special and like family. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations, in the name of Nadine Scarborough, be sent to Lake Regional Hospice.
