Obituary of Lawrence Murl Wessing

Lawrence “Larry” Murl Wessing, age 60, of Kaiser, Missouri passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at his home in Kaiser. Larry was born June 26, 1960 in Sedalia, Missouri, the son of Ralph and Ramona (Shoemaker) Wessing. Larry loved the outdoors and camping at the creek. He also had a love for music and played the harmonica. He was an avid fan of the Chiefs, Nascar, and Harley Davidson. Larry is survived by his daughter, Sarah Wessing, of Kaiser, Missouri; step-son, Matthew Hopkins and wife, Kassi, of Camdenton, Missouri; two grandchildren, Isabella Ann Ross and Emmalynn Rose Nelson; many friends that were family; and his dog Suzie. Larry was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Ramona Wessing. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 1:00 -3:00 pm on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Osage Beach, Missouri.
