Obituary of Carol LeAnn Harlicker

Carol LeAnn Harlicker, age 69, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at her home in Camdenton. Carol was born June 5, 1951 in Owatonna, Minnesota, the daughter of Floyd and Lucille Harlicker. On January 20, 2000, she met her life partner, Julie Young in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They share 20+ years together. Carol loved to fish for largemouth bass and cheer on her Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Lynx women’s basketball teams. She loved to bake her famous carrot cake for those special friends on their birthdays and Christmas cookies at Christmas. She had a unique way of making friends with everyone. Carol is survived by her life partner Julie Young, canine Cupcake, Susan Reese, Tina/Joe Polakoski, Kristin/McKayla Hines, many nieces, and nephews, along with many special friends. Carol was preceded in death by life partner Joann Kirkwood, parents Floyd and Lucille Harlicker, brother Ken, and canine Gabbie. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 2:00 – 4:00 pm at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 11:00 am at Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville, Minnesota. For your safety and others, the family is asking everyone to please wear a mask.
