Obituary of Patricia Ann Hudson

Patricia Ann Hudson, age 74, of Camdenton, Missouri died Monday, August 31, 2020 under the care of Hospice Compasses Jefferson City, Missouri at the home of her daughter Deeann Saint and family. Patricia was born December 22, 1946 in Iowa to Phyllis Arleen Hiatt and Charles Albert Bates, Sr., and to this union they were blessed with six children. Patricia graduated from Albia Community Schools, Class of 1965. She worked for The Senior Center of Camdenton as the lead cook for many years until she became disabled. On December 30, 2002, in Camdenton, she was united in marriage to Daniel Lee Hudson. They shared over 16 loving years together as husband and wife. She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking and watching the races with her husband Danny. She treasured spending time with family and friends. Patricia is survived by a daughter, Deeann Saint and her husband Joseph of Jefferson City, Missouri; four grandchildren, Patrick Fields and his wife Haileigh of Freeburg, Missouri; Debra Fields of Moberly, Missouri; Malachi Saint of Tempe, Arizona; Maya Saint of Jefferson City, Missouri; and a great grandson Roman Fields of Freeburg, Missouri; along with a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles Albert Bates, Sr. and Phyllis Arleen Bates; her daughter Evonne Lynn Buckman; and her beloved husband Daniel. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 9:00 - 10:00 am, Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the funeral home prior to services. Interment will be held at Allee Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Camdenton, Missouri.
