Obituary of Aldrew LeRoy Scott

Aldrew “Lee” LeRoy Scott, age 75, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Lee was born December 25, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Aldrew and Gilberta M. (Sharp) Scott. Lee graduated from the Universiy of Missouri Rolla as an Electrical Engineer on August 6, 1966. He worked at Delco for 31 years and retired on April 23, 1997. He loved living in the Ozarks and enjoyed many hobbies in the lake area. Some of these hobbies included boating, fishing, watching Nascar, and sprint cars. Lee was a member of the pit crew for Steve Butler. He also enjoyed attending horse races and placing bets. He was a grill master on the bar-b-que grill. His most cherished time was spent with his family and friends. Lee is survived by his daughter Rhealene Hobbs and husband Terry of Brownsburg, Indiana; step-daughter Robin Maddox; 3 grandchildren Cameron Runyon, Madelyn Runyon, and Jansen Hobbs; 5 step-grandchildren Curtis Hobbs, Clayton Hobbs, Collin Hobbs, Lacey Davis, and Devin Davis; 1 great-grandchild Leyla Davis; and many other relatives and friends. Lee was preceded in death by his parents Aldrew and Gilberta Scott, step-mother Naomi Scott, step-son Rodney Maddox, brother Gil Scott and wife Lonna, and his dog Kelsey. The family will have a Celebration of Life at noon on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at his home.
