Obituary of Jay William Brace

Jay William Brace , age 53, of Branch, Missouri, passed away Tuesday , November 3, 2020 at his residence. Jay was born January 4,1967 in Fargo, North Dakota to John Brace and Joyce (Hoffmeyer) Brace. Jay was an excellent welder by trade and had been a member of the National Guard. Jay is survived by three sisters, Susan Johnson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Julie Payne and husband Danny of Lebanon, Missouri, and Patricia Erneste of Kansas City, Missouri; and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives. Jay was preceded in death by his parents John and Joyce Brace and his brother Steven. Jay was most happy working on the ranch and joking with the other hands. He was a true cowboy. Jay enjoyed the outdoors and socializing with friends. He showed off his two-stepping dance skills every chance he had and loved taking the ladies for a spin on the dance floor. He will be remembered by many. No services are scheduled at this time.
