Obituary of Allison Marie Odom

Allison Marie Odom, age 46, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 in Camdenton. Allison was born November 23, 1973, in San Diego, California, the daughter of Allan and Pamela (McCoy) Odom. Allison loved people! She spent over two decades in the restaurant industry. She strived to make everyone she met feel like family. Her friendly face could be seen at Pasta House, Senor Peppers, Mexicali Blues, and Outback over the years. Allison’s most treasured hobby was spending time with her kids. Together they enjoyed fishing, picnicking at the park, and frequent family trips to Six Flags. She took the role of home room mom very seriously. She dressed up for the 100th day of school for each child as well as planned countless class parties. Allison loved sports. She was a Chiefs fan, but her favorite sport was anything her kids played. She was always their #1 fan. Allison is survived by her children Tyler Kincaid, Schae VanderPloeg, Madison VanderPloeg, and Payton Kincaid all of Camdenton, Missouri; her parents Allan and Pamela Odom of Camdenton, Missouri; her brother John Odom; her grandmother Maxine McCoy of Camdenton, Missouri; other relatives and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. Memorial donations may be made to Allison’s children.
