Obituary of Gary L. Voyles

Gary L. Voyles, age 65, of Lake Ozark, Missouri passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Gary was born January 1, 1955 in Litchfield, Illinois, the son of Marion and Evelyn (Esterly) Voyles. On October 10, 1992, he was united in marriage to Katherine McKinnon in Springfield, Illinois. They shared 28 years together at the time of his passing. Gary cherished his family and friends. He enjoyed going golfing and camping. He also liked to travel with friends. He was referred to by some as Bones. Gary loved to have a good time, especially at the golf course. Gary is survived by his wife Kathy Voyles of the home; sons Brad Coy and Nina of Pascagoula, Mississippi and Aaron Coy of Taylorville, Illinois; and 4 grandchildren Austin, Aiden, Lilly, and Gavin. He is also survived by dear friends Walter and Diann Warner of Lake Ozark, Missouri. Gary was preceded in death by his parents Marion and Evelyn Voyles and several aunts and uncles. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
