Obituary of Joe Jones

Joe Jones, age 63, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at his home in Camdenton. Joe was born August 8, 1957 in Quincy, Illinois, the son of Dean and Ann Jones. On May 26, 1994 in Jefferson City, Missouri, Joe was married to Mary Billings. They shared over 26 years together as husband and wife at the time of his death. Joe worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and riding his four wheeler. Joe is survived by his loving wife, Mary, of the home; his son, Joe Jones, Jr. and wife, Nicole, of Houston, Texas; his step-son, Jason Pearigen of Lake St. Louis, Missouri; his step-daughters, Amanda Grunzinger and husband, Adam, of Osage Beach, Missouri, Tabitha Osborn and husband, Matthew, of Macks Creek, Missouri, Cassie Gamble of Ashland, Missouri, and Stacey Creech, of New Florence, Missouri; his brother, Mike Jones, and wife, Kathy, of Quincy, Illinois; his sister, Jerri Rupp and husband, Steve, of Columbia, Missouri; brother-in-law, Bill Billings of Frankford, Missouri; nephews, Robert Billings and wife, Bethany, Donald Billings and wife, Abbie, William Billings, and Michael Billings; his niece Brittney Cirrincione and husband, Brad; 2 grandchildren and 14 step-grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Dean and Ann Jones. Services will be held at a later date.
