Obituary of Jerry Udell Reinhart

Jerry Udell Reinhart, age 76, a resident of Richland, Missouri and Swedeborg, Missouri for the last 37 years, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Lebanon, Missouri. 

Jerry was born July 29, 1944 in Brumley, Missouri. He was the son of Artie Buel Reinhart and Gypsy Berlin Brumley Reinhart. 

On April 8, 1995, Jerry was United in marriage to the love of his life Jo Ann Rowden. They shared 25 years of marriage together and a total of 41 beautiful years as a couple at the time of his passing. 

Jerry started his adult life in the military going overseas to serve in the Vietnam War. He gained numerous awards and citations during his service and was Honorably Discharged. After leaving the service he worked several jobs in several cities before settling in at Tracker Marine in Lebanon, Missouri where he worked for over 20 years all the way to retirement. 

He loved to watch TV including old westerns, Highway to Heaven, Golf, and old school smash mouth football. He loved the Chiefs and was excited to see them win a Super Bowl in 2020. But his biggest love was his grandkids. He loved every one of them more than anything. 

Jerry is survived by his wife Jo Ann, son Cory, son Ross and his wife Brynda, son Chris, daughter-in-laws Ethel and Tisha, sister Ronda Deardorff and husband Dan, sister Brenda Pinkley and husband Doug, sister Reta Morrow and husband Bill. He has 10 grandchildren and 7 nieces and nephews, plus countless other extended family and friends. 

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Artie and Gypsy Reinhart.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Ft. Leonard Wood Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville, Missouri.
