Obituary of Christopher Abbott

Christopher Abbott, age 59, of Rocky Mount, Missouri passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Ozark Care Center in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Christopher was born February 25, 1961 in Jefferson City, Missouri, the son of James R (Dickey) Abbott and Jerri Eiken Belcher.

Christopher was a carpenter from the age of 17 and loved to cook. He also enjoyed playing pool and boating.

Christopher is survived by his daughter Jessica Knight of Tomball, Texas; granddaughter Maddison; one brother Gregory and his wife Christa of Raytown, Missouri; his mother Jerri Eiken Belcher of Independence, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends.

Christopher was preceded in death by his father, James R (Dickey) Abbott.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Osage Beach, Missouri.
