Dear Ryan and Markie, The Tierneys are SO sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad. We recently just found out that your mom, my friend, had passed 2 yrs ago. Ann discovered the information & let me know. We Tierneys have so many fond memories of our family times w/our Wedig friends.....so many after-baseball games at Twig's in LZ, sleepovers, etc. Remember skiing in the UP of Michigan in sub sub zero weather? So many fond memories of jet skiing at your Lake House, flying down to your lake house w/your Dad was such a treat. Remembering your Dad, with the original "brick" phone in his back pocket; your Mom w/a constant smile on her face...they were the Best. BTW, I JUST brought up your Mom yesterday when I emailed my kids that she advised me to not let the ER doc sew up Ross' face (after Ellen hit him, accidentally, w/a golf club) but take him to a plastic surgeon---fantastic advice. Be well and if you're ever get back to IL, let's get together, I'm in Lake Forest now. Again, so sorry for your loss; my heart hurts for you and your families. Fondly, Mrs. T.
