Obituary of Ralph A. Lossing

Ralph A. Lossing, age 68, of Lake Ozark, Missouri passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at his home in Lake Ozark.

Ralph was born November 22, 1952 in Orlando, Florida, the son of Ralph W. and Joann (Geisler) Lossing.

On June 26, 1976, Ralph was united in marriage to Millie Johnson in Naples, Florida. They shared 44 years of marriage at the time of his passing.

Ralph received an Associate Degree from Florida State University and was proud to have attended there. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for 22 years. He loved photography and art of all kinds. He enjoyed traveling and was always up for trying new things. Ralph was a godly man and attended Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Lake Ozark. He was a great husband and father and was adored by his wife and family.  

Ralph is survived by his wife Millie of the home; daughters Tiffany Lossing of Lake Ozark, Missouri and Angela Hayes (Bowe) of Bailey, Colorado; 2 grandchildren Kaleigh Hayes and Rachael Hayes; mother Joann Gygi; sister Alicia Moore of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; and many other relatives and friends.

Ralph was preceded in death by his father Ralph W. Lossing and sister Elisabeth Collins.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Lake Ozark, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 12:00 – 1:00 pm prior to services at the church.

Interment will follow services at Lake Memorial Gardens in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Memorial donations are suggested to the American Diabetes Association and the Parkinson’s Foundation.
