My dad, Fred Work, always had a soft spot in his heart for Natalie, for how caring she was, for how much she did for her grandpa Dick. Although I saw Natalie rarely, my dad's impression of her always was a truth to me that I didn't even have to see myself. Just the way he spoke of Natalie, was more that enough for me. For now, what I can rest on is this: Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope (1 Thessalonians 4:13) I have that hope of being able to see her again one day and I most certainly look forward to it. Her loss is large, the void left deep, but not any larger or deeper than the One whose feet she rests at now.

Natalie and I carpooled to JeffCo together a couple semesters from Bloomsdale, completing our degrees together as well, 20 years ago. She was always smiling, full of laughter. She was an awesome gal. (we had to dress up for our program, and she would be cold, she would wear thermal pants under her dresses! she was so funny) Sorry for your loss of Natalie and I'm sure you have wonderful stories, keep telling them.
