Obituary of Kim Hamman
Kim Hamman, Four Seasons, Missouri, passed away peacefully at home after a brave, multi-year battle with cancer. She was born in Iowa City, Iowa to Bill and Cindie Tschudy. She is survived by her husband Rusty; step-son Tyler Hamman; daughter Taylor Smith of Brooklyn, NY; father Bill Tschudy, Olathe, KS; brothers Scott Tschudy (Carolyn), Prairie Village, KS and Jeff Tschudy (Sonja), Lawrence, KS; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles across the country. Her mother Cindie and daughter Mackenzie predeceased her.
After moving to Kansas in 1962, Kim lived in Lawrence, KS, Garnett, KS, Parsons, KS, and Olathe, KS where she graduated with the class of 1978 of Olathe High School. Kim worked in the hospitality industry for many years in the Kansas City area and then she and Rusty moved to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2010. Kim greatly enjoyed entertaining family and friends and could always be counted on for a good time. She will be missed.
As per Kim’s wishes she was cremated and the Family will privately meet. Please consider making a donation to your favorite charity in Kim’s name.
A celebration of Kim’s life for Family and friends will be held at Eagles Landing at Lake Olathe on Sunday July 25, 2021, from 12:00-2:00 p.m.
