Obituary of Jennifer Allison

Jennifer (Allen) Allison, daughter of the late John and Helen Allen, was born on April 15, 1954, in Trenton, New Jersey and departed the life Saturday, August 28, 2021.  

Jennifer was attending high school when she was swept off her feet by Roy. She decided to follow her heart and run away with Roy. On August 12, 1969, they were united in marriage, and they just celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary.  

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Helen. She is survived by her two children Christopher "Chris" and wife Carolyn Allison and Michelle "Shelly" and her husband Delton Jones; her seven grandchildren Kahlin Allison, Shelby Dawn Allison, Zachary Allison, Joseph and Emelie Johnson, Jordan and Darby Johnson, Alyssa Jones, and Haley and Tommie Stoufer; five great-grandchildren Aaron, Brantley, Lorelai, Jax, and Bella; two brothers John Allen and James Allen. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends who will all truly miss her.  

Jennifer loved spending time with her family and friends. She spent most of her time keeping Roy in line… which we all know was a full-time job. She loved going hunting, fishing, and taking little adventure rides with her best friend and loving husband Roy. Jennifer and Roy enjoyed going to church and was a member of Heartland Worship Center of Camdenton, Missouri.  

Services will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 pm prior to services at the funeral home.
