Obituary of Sherry D. Summers

Sherry D. Summers, age 59, of Macks Creek, Missouri passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

Sherry was born on September 26, 1962 in Lebanon, Missouri, the daughter of James and Judy (Lynch) Winn.

On November 19, 1988, Sherry was united in marriage to Victor Summers in Tunas, Missouri. They shared 33 years together at the time of her passing.

Sherry was a homemaker. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family, cooking, and being outdoors.

Sherry is survived by her husband Victor, of the home, sons Shawn Malone and wife Jolene of Kaiser, Missouri and their two children Jesse Summers and wife May of Fargo, North Dakota, and their two children Jeremy Summers and Kristy of Macks Creek, Missouri, and their four children, her mother Judy Winn of Macks Creek, Missouri, sister Gail Tiffany and husband Fred of Edwards, Missouri, and many other relatives and friends.

Sherry was preceded in death by her father James Winn and brother, Roy Winn.

A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Macks Creek, Missouri.  Family will welcome friends for a visitation from 12:00 to 2:00 pm prior to service time at the funeral home.

Interment will be held at Hopewell Cemetery in Tunas, Missouri.
