Rodger, you were a great friend and coworker. I always knew I could count on you to be the cool head at work when things got a little crazy. I'll always remember you standing behind me, unbeknownst to me, when a visitor started an argument with me. Before I could get a word out, I heard you quietly say my name, reminding me that I didn't need to let this person get the best of me. To this day, I smile remembering our talks in the middle of the night when we were slow, talking about anything and everything. God bless you and keep an eye on all of us down here. Lord knows we need it.

I remember the day Rodger was born. Mom let me name him! He was such a sweet little boy and grew up to be a outstanding man. I am just heartbroken. I never ever thought that I would out live him. I thought he would ALWAS be here. Anyone that knew him knew he loved Jesus. he read the bible front to back many times and he could answer any question that anyone would ask about the God/Jesus and the Bible. He could converse on any subject. He was well read and had very high standards. I was so proud of him. My heart goes out to his wife Teresa, all of his friends and family members. He was truly a warrior in many ways. I love you Rodger Dee, Fly high with the angels. Until we meet again little brother.

I was so sad to hear of the passing of Uncle Rodger... I have the fondest memories of when we were younger. Gentle and soft spoken with the most kindest eyes. He was truly one of a kind. I pray that the Lord brings comfort and healing to my mother, Judy, Teresa and family through this difficult time. May you rest in peace Uncle Rodger. Love, Chelle
