Obituary of Jacqueline Kay Cochrane

Jacqueline “Jackie” Kay (Scott) Cochrane, 84, of Macks Creek, Missouri died Wednesday, April 20, 2022. She was the daughter of Elmer and Esther (Tucker) Scott.

Jackie was born September 30, 1937 in Tunas, Missouri. She was a graduate of Tunas High School. She was active in sports playing softball and basketball.

After graduation, Jackie married Delbert Deloss Cochrane on June 30, 1956. They had 3 children, Derwin Dean, Randall Eugene and Sheri Lynell.
 

Jackie enjoyed spending time camping, fishing, and leisure time. Jackie and Delbert made beautiful lamps and florals from the driftwood they would find on the lakes.

Jackie is survived by her son Derwin Cochrane and his wife Rhonda, daughter Sheri Sanseverino, brother Wayne Scott, sister Mary Parrack, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert Cochrane, parents Elmer and Esther Scott, a brother Lynn Scott, a sister Betty Cates, son Randy Cochrane, and grandson Dillan Cochrane.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 25, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Macks Creek, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 pm prior to services.

Interment will be held following services at Hopewell Cemetery in Macks Creek, Missouri.
