Obituary of Robert Cole

Robert “Bob” Cole, age 86, of Gravois Mills, Missouri passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Lake Park in Camdenton, Missouri.

Bob was born June 28, 1935 in Eldon, Iowa, the son of Earl Cole and Erma Ollom.

On August 1, 1955, Bob was united in marriage to Sandra Lynch. They shared 63 years together before Sandra’s passing in May 2019.

Bob enjoyed spending time camping and traveling in his RV throughout the country. He also enjoyed working outside in his yard. Above all he loved his family and spending time with them.

Bob is survived by his daughters Cris (Kevin) Rodgers of Gravois Mills, Missouri and Kelly (Randy) Rodgers of Ames, Iowa; grandchildren Megan (Dan) Gist, Jordan Rodgers, Matt (Laura) Rodgers, and Kyle (Lauren) Rodgers; and great-grandchildren Hunter (Lexi) Gist, and Jayden Gist. He is also survived by his sister Betty Kuhns of Grand Junction, Colorado.

Bob was preceded in death by his wife Sandra; sisters Irene (Rich) Stribling and Esther (Carl) Acheson; and brother-in-law Bill Kuhns.
