I worked with Rich for many years at MidAmerican. I enjoyed his humor, respected his knowledge and admired his passion. I missed him when he retired and won't forget his outsize personality!

A great man leaves great impressions along the way. Rich did and MFMN Horse Rescue benefitted from his wonderfulness! His family must realize he left a huge mark in his lifetime and achieved so much that others honor him in his leaving them. He has a big mission now and we all believe he will step up to the call. Rich was one of my first bosses at Midamerican Energy Company. I learned TONS from him and will forever be grateful. Rich was tough as a boss but fair and ALWAYS had my back, no matter how upset he was at was at what I did. Glad you had some much deserved family time. Good trip, Rich!
