Obituary of Mary J. Simmons

Mary J Simmons, age 47, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022, in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Mary was born August 26, 1974, the daughter of Donald and Susan (Hasker) Hartwell.

Mary grew up at the Lake of the Ozarks where she enjoyed being in the outdoors. She loved to go camping and fishing, and enjoyed listening to music, especially Kid Rock.  Mary was kind and big hearted and always willing to help others whenever she could.  More than anything, she loved spending time with family.

Mary is survived by her mother, Susan Hasker of Camdenton Missouri; her son, Levi Hartwel and fiancée, Lisa Parillo;  and grandson, William Hartwell, of Lebanon Missouri; and her daughter, Haley Hurn of Louisville Kentucky.

She is also survived by two sisters, Ruth Kirby and husband, William, and their children, Phillip Kirby and Jasmine Kirby, of Osage Beach Missouri, and Tonia Manship and her children, Cody Johnson, Jacob Flagg, and Dallas Flagg of Camdenton Missouri; two brothers, Michael Hartwell, and children, Dakota Hartwell and Amilia Hartwell, of Camdenton Missouri, and Trevor Manship, and children, Robert Manship,  Nevaeh Walker, and Kamilla Manship, of Camdenton Missouri. 

She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Hartwell and grandparents,  John and Ruth Hasker of Camdenton.

There will be a Celebration of Life service for Mary scheduled at a later date.
