Obituary of Mary Joyce (Jones) Rush

Mary Joyce (Jones) Rush, age 90, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 at
Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Mary was born in Camden County, Missouri on February 18, 1932 to Oscar and Florence Jones.

Mary had many memories of her childhood spent playing in the castle at Ha Ha Tonka, where
her dad and family members worked.

Mary had many hobbies including cross word puzzles, word searches, and dancing. She also
enjoyed spending time with her dog Penny Rose, gardening and cooking .Most of all she loved
her family and the time spent with them.

Mary is survived by her children Evelyn and her husband Jerry Kautz, Ralph Rush Jr., Marsha
Rush all of Camdenton, Missouri and Mike Rush of Clinton, Missouri; grandchildren Chad
Kautz of Osage Beach, Missouri, Tori and her husband Kelvin Kirkman of Blue Springs,
Missouri, Robbie and his wife Suzanne Rush, Ryan Rush , Nathan Rush all of Kosciusko,
Mississippi, Katie and her husband Pablo Esteban of Olathe, Kansas, Brittany and her husband
Jason Beauchamp of Laquey, Missouri, Austin Rush of Linn Creek, Missouri, and Scott David
Rush of Arizona; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Florence Jones; son Hardney Rush and
infant son Matthew; sister Berniece Capps; and brothers James Jones, Melborne Jones, and
Ralph Jones.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm prior to services at the funeral home.

Interment will be held following services at Dale Blair Cemetery in Camdenton, Missouri.
