Obituary of Darrell Axel Knutson

Darrell Axel Knutson, age 78, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at his home in Tuscumbia, Missouri. Darrell was born on September 6, 1944 in Thief River Falls, Minnesota to Theodore and Alma Knutson.  

Darrell was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years Diane Marie (Gulland) Knutson.

Darrell is survived by 3 daughters Tessa (and Jack) Wright of Jefferson City, Missouri; Tracy Knutson (and Dyke Miller) of St Louis, Missouri; and Teri Knutson (and Todd Graham) of Jefferson City, Missouri.  Darrell is also survived by two grandchildren Katherine Wright and Andrew Wright, as well as two great-grandchildren Jackson Wright and Natalie Wright. 

The family will have a private service.

Memorial donations can be made to the Comfort Dog program which was important to both Darrell & Diane. Checks can be made to Christ the King Lutheran Church (with Comfort Dog or Boaz in memo line) and sent to 1700 Bagwell Dam Blvd, Lake Ozark MO 65049.
