Obituary of Beth L. Yates

Beth Lynette Yates, age 58, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022 at her childhood home in Preston, Missouri surrounded by her family.

Beth was born June 9, 1964 in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Wallace and Geraldine (Howard) Yates.

Beth was beautiful inside and out. She was kind hearted with a warm and loving personality.  Spending time with her family and friends was her favorite thing to do and what was most important to her. Horseback riding, boating, camping, riding four wheelers, and spending time in nature were things she enjoyed with everyone.  Beth was very talented in home design, wood working, sewing and helped build her own home that she loved.

Beth is survived by her mother Geraldine Yates of Preston, Missouri, sister Janelle Yates-Albers, Michael Albers and 2 nieces Jintree Yates-Albers and Milan Yates-Albers all of Osage Beach, Missouri.

Beth was preceded in death by her father Wallace Yates and brother Craig Yates.

She was loved by all who knew her and will hold a special place in our hearts forever. 

Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 17, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 1:00 – 2:00 pm prior to services at the funeral home.

Burial will be following services at the Little Niangua Cemetery in Preston, Missouri.

Memorial donations are suggested to the family.
