wanted you to know, I was honored to get to know Scott when was our source rep at EaglePicher Technologies LLC, Joplin MO. he was always good to work with took pride in the work he did, i was impressed with the way he stood up for you when he knew you were right, no matter if it was his employer or mine (EaglePicher), I will miss his smile, since of humor and his Christian beliefs, he was a great person, and i will miss him dearly, my prayers for you all, may God Bless you and hold you close. I lived across the street in Joplin from Scott in Alpine Estates for 2 1/2 yrs. He always acknowledged a wave or a hello or an occasional "how 'bout this weather we're having" if we were both outside our homes at the same time. We loved listening to his 70's and 80's music blasting while he was (always) tinkering on something in his garage. Prayers to Tracy and rhe family in this time of mourning. God bless the family. My earliest memory of Scott was when I was probably 5 years old. He taught me how to draw a 3D box. To this day, when I get bored and doodle, that is one thing I draw. Scott was one of my dad's best friends. When dad got sick and wasn't given much time, Scott drove up to see Dad. A surprise I'll never forget and one I'll cherish forever. I have a photo somewhere of the two of them that day. A few weeks later, Dad passed away. Scott again made the trip to Shenandoah/Imogene. He had no idea how much it meant to us that he came back for our Dad's farewell. Scott kept in touch through Facebook with me after Dad's passing. He would often remind me that dad loved me and how proud he would be of me. He shared so many memories of my dad with me that I feel like because of Scott I knew my dad a little better. I will miss those random messages. When he made a trip back to Shenandoah in February of this year, he stopped by my work and chatted for about an hour before he had to get back on the road home. Rest easy Scott. I hope you and Dad found each other and are talking about the good ol days and your motorcycle days. I added the photo of Scott and Jeff Shipley.

I'm not sure where to start... He was one of my Dad's best friends. I called him when my dad was dying and he dropped everything to come see him. I only have a few memories of Scott, before he moved. He let me fly in a plane plane over grandma's house in Imogene and on one of my birthdays he brought me a bunch of trading cards, in which I still have. In February of this year he was in town seeing family, I stopped and talk to him for hours. I am so glad i did! I will miss him so much, he was kind, caring, and full of wisdom. RIP Scott
