Obituary of Lorene Sue Kirkman

Lorene “Lori” Sue Kirkman was born June 19, 1963, and passed away November 30, 2022. She was born in Collins, Missouri, but lived most of her life in the Richland/Kaiser area. She graduated from Richland High School and went on to work in restaurants in the Lake area.

She is survived by her mother Barbara Duffy of Camdenton, Missouri; two brothers Alan Hopkins and family of Houston, Texas and Mike Hopkins and family of Friendswood, Texas; daughter Trish Kirkman and her six children and daughter Nicole Blake and her two children. Also surviving is her special aunt Ramona Bredthauer of Hastings, Nebraska and her boyfriend Thomas Williams of Kaiser, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her father Ogle Hopkins.

Lorene loved doing craft projects and puzzles in her spare time, as well as spending time with friends and family. Her dog, Roscoe, was very special to her and her companion to the end.

A celebration of life will be held Monday, December 5, 2022 at 10:30 am with a visitation from 9:30 – 10:30 am at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Osage Beach, Missouri.
