Aunt Janet's homemade chocolate pie was the best!! She was in all my fondest childhood memories. Many of them at Lake of the Ozarks! As an adult she came to many of my children's birthday parties. We enjoyed her visites. She always called me Bradley! She will never be forgotten! Bradley Eckhoff and Family

So many memories of spending time with Janet and Fred. Boating on the river and spending the night on the Honey Us. Many Christmas’s spent together with our kids. I’ll never forget Janet and me making peach preserves. Our first time doing it and it happened to be when sugar was so expensive. Needless to say, we decided never again. We could have bought jars at store cheaper than what we paid. I’m so glad for the times spent together especially recently. So glad I got to spend time with her a couple of weeks ago and talking on the phone Christmas Day. She was a special lady. I will miss her. Rest in peace, Janet. Love, Bettie

I have so many fond memories of being together for family occasions and of course boat rides. Aunt Janet loved to host parties, she held our wedding and baby shower at her home. I will treasure the last times I saw her over this past summer. She was a wonderful woman and will truly be missed. I will always remember her laugh. Love you and miss you Aunt Janet! I was so sorry to hear about my friend Janet. We had so many fun times together with our group from Curves exercise. She would always drive us to lunch every month. We always went in style in her Lincoln. We always laughed and talked and had such a good time with her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

I am so sorry for Janet's passing. I enjoyed many hours of just talking with her and Fred. She was a good friend. Although I moved away, we continued to call each other and talk. I will genuinely miss those conversations. Rest In Peach Janet.

Janet was a true and caring friend for many years and she will be forever missed. Always immaculately groomed with her hair, makeup and nails done, she was gracious and welcoming and we enjoyed her company immensely. We shared lots of laughs and good times over these many years as friends of Janet and Fred, not the least of which was viewing a Christmas "parade" in Laurie one year (Fred remembers)! We are so saddened by her loss.

Janet was a ray of sunshine to all that knew her. She was the best Aunt to my two children and loved them as her own. Many a time she babysat for my kids as I and her brother were working. Remember all the holiday gatherings and birthdays she hosted. She was a blessing to all that knew her. Will be missed.
