Obituary of Wilma Lois Harris

Wilma Lois (Drew) Harris, age 83, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Sunday, February 05, 2023 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Lawrence Kansas.

Wilma was born September 12, 1939, in Keytesville Missouri, the daughter of Frances Louise Drew.

On September 6, 1958, in Bevier Missouri, Wilma was united in marriage to Johnnie Harris. They shared 63 years together. Wilma spent her time as a homemaker and took great pride in her home and family. In Wilma's spare time she enjoyed cooking, working around the yard, growing beautiful flowers,fishing and spending time with family.

Wilma was a loving wife and caring mother and grandmother to her children and their families.

Wilma Is survived by her son, Steve Harris, of Macks Creek, Missouri and her two daughters, Kelly Christensen and husband, William, of Camdenton, Missouri and Carolyn Young and husband Geoff, of Tonganoxie Kansas, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Virgil Harris of Macon, Missouri, and Robert Harris and wife Opal, and sister-in-law Delores Jones and husband Kenneth, of Liberty,Missouri, along with many other family and friends.

Wilma was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Harris and her mother Frances Drew.

Services will be held at 12:00 pm, Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri.  The family will welcome friends for visitation from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, prior to services at the funeral home.
