Obituary of Anthony H. Nanneman

Anthony (Tony) H. Nanneman, age 79, passed away peacefully at his home on March 30, 2023.

Tony was born on January 19, 1944 in St. Louis, Missouri at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was the son of Anthony (Tony) E. and Mildred B. Nanneman.

Tony previously lived in Liberty, Missouri where he operated his successful business. He moved to Lake of the Ozarks in 2002, which he loved.

Tony loved to hunt upland birds and deer. Quail hunting was his true passion. Tony and Suzy put a lot of windshield miles in, traveling was next on the list. Boating was also dear.

Tony is survived by his significant other Susan “Suzy” Dunavant and her children Edward “Teddy” Dunavant, Sydney Dunavant, and Dustin; grandson Nicholas Lee Ross Dunavant; sisters Karen Niemeier of Wein, Missouri, Kathy (Ralph) Chowning of Edgewood, New Mexico, and Kay (Butch) Wilks of Edgewood, New Mexico; his brother Ivan Nanneman of Aztec, New Mexico; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.

Tony was preceded in death by his loving parents Anthony and Mildred  Nanneman.

Tony was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
