Obituary of Paul Richard Reiter

Paul Richard Reiter, age 70, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri, surrounded by loved ones.

Paul was born on November 25,1952 in Chula Vista, California. He was the son of Pete and Lois Faye Jackson Reiter. He grew up in Macks Creek, Missouri prior to settling with his family in Camdenton, Missouri.

Paul loved serving his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing, but the time he treasured the most was with his family.  He was a stranger to no one and will be deeply missed.  His family and friends will cherish his memory in their hearts.

Paul is survived by his son Paul “Buddy” Rowen; three daughters, Misty Harris, Amanda Judd, and Kaitlyn Moore; one sister, Pam Mandel; many grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.   

Paul is preceded in death by his parents Pete and Lois Reiter; his wife, Dorothy “Dottie” Reiter; his brother John Reiter; and his children Roy Reiter, Anita Kaer and David “Scotty” Clark.

Services for Paul will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to 1:45pm and will be followed by a Graveside Service which will begin at 2:00p.m at Hedges Cemetery with full military honors.
