Anna P. Strell, age 96, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Anna was born on September 2, 1926, in New Haven, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Luigi Pelissero and Carmelina (Gherlone) Pelissero.

On February 28, 1952, in Wallingford, Connecticut, Anna was untied in marriage to Anthony Peter Strell. They shared nearly 50 years of marriage together until his passing on February 21, 2002.

Before retirement, Anna worked as a clerk in a tax office. She spent most of her life in Florida, before moving to Missouri and settling down in Lake Ozark, Missouri. She had many hobbies, but she enjoyed playing music and crafting the most. She was multi-talented and was an exceptional organist and had a knack for crocheting. There was nothing she enjoyed more than being with her family, spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Anna is survived by her two daughters Karyn McDowell and Mary (Larry) Threlkeld; her son Peter (Debbie) Strell; grandchildren Anthony Apa and Jessie Strell; great-grandchildren Devin Apa, age 15, Jenna Apa, Levi Apa, Amelia Strell, and Kenzie Strell.

Anna is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Anthony Strell; and her brother Fiore Strell.
