Obituary of Carl E. Duncan

Carl E. Duncan, age 60, of Osage Beach, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri.

Carl was born on December 29, 1962, in Los Angeles, California to his parents, Jerry and Phyllis (Bloom) Duncan.

Carl worked in construction for many years and was a very skilled carpenter. In his spare time, he enjoyed being creative on paper by drawing. He also loved to go fishing and was ready to drop a line wherever he could.

He is survived by his brother Kenneth Duncan, sisters Margaret Watson of Louisiana, Michelle Duncan of Arkansas, and Lisa Duncan of Florida.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Phyllis Duncan and his sisters, Betty Cattlett and Kathy Lynn Rousch.
