Obituary of Ginny Lou Haeusler

Ginny Lou Haeusler, age 73, of Osage Beach, Missouri, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023, at her home.

Ginny was born on February 4, 1950, in Festus, Missouri. She was the daughter of Edward Haeusler and Helma Evans.

Ginny spent most of her life working as an accountant/office manager and dedicated over 42 years working for Shapiro Brother’s in Festus, Missouri. If anyone knew Ginny, they knew that she adored dogs and treated her dogs as family. She was a very strong woman who fought through many health challenges, and now she is finally at peace.  Her family and loyal friends will miss her dearly.

Ginny is survived by her brother Gary Haeusler (Sharon) of Lakeland, Florida, and nephew Christopher Haeusler of San Antonio, Texas, along with a host of relatives and dear friends.

Ginny is preceded in death by her parents Edward and Helma Haeusler and nephew Matthew Haeusler; as well as her beloved dogs Shay, Missy, Samantha, and five lady bugs.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 10:30 am at Pleasant Hill Christian Church in Potosi, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ginny’s name to the Dogwood Animal Shelter in Camdenton, Missouri, or Pleasant Hill Christian Church of Potosi.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Hedges-Scott Funeral Home Camdenton, Missouri.
