Obituary of Adele Meister Steingrubey

Adele Meister Steingrubey, age 88, of Osage Beach, Missouri passed away October 1, 2023. Adele was born on September 13, 1935, to Fred and Clara Meister of Hecker, Illinois. Adele married Francis Steingrubey, Sr. and recently celebrated their 70th wedding Anniversary on May 5th.

Adele was a homemaker and partner with her husband in many endeavors. They loved to travel, spend time together at boat and car races, and enjoyed quiet times at home watching the deer in their yard.

Adele was preceded in death by her parents, sister, and great-child Laney Steingrubey. She is survived by her husband, Francis Steingrubey, Sr. of the home; daughter Linda (Dwight) Wooderson of Bolivar, MO; son Ronald (Janice) Steingrubey of Bella Vista, Arkansas; son Francis (Cathy) Steingrubey, Jr. of
Osage Beach, MO; daughter Adele Steingrubey of San Diego, CA.; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

As per the family’s request, a private service will be held.
