Obituary of David Jeremy Baker

David Jeremy Baker, age 37, of Osage Beach, Missouri, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. David was born May 8, 1979 in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Steve LeRoy Baker, Sr. and Mary Ellen Boketo. He was united in marriage to Lisa VanHooser in Rocky Mount, Missouri. David worked in the electronics department at the Osage Beach Wal-Mart. He loved working on computers, and enjoyed going for walks, playing games, wrestling, and taekwondo. David is survived by his wife Lisa; his brother Steve LeRoy Baker, Jr. and wife Marry of Stockton, Missouri; and sister Angela Christine Carter and husband, Marcus, of Stockton, Missouri; along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Osage Beach, Missouri. The family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to services at the funeral home. Interment will be at Lake Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Osage Beach. Memorials are suggested to the family.
