One of the greatest joys in our lives has been meeting and getting to know and love Larry Beal. His humor, infectious smile, his efficient way of leading, and his caring, calm manner drew so many to him during his many years in education. He loved people, and always made you feel that you meant the world to him. He will be sadly missed by all of us who knew him. Our prayers are with Betty and his family in the difficult days ahead without him. May our God bless you with wonderful memories, strength for each day, and peace that only He can give.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Larry for 8 years and there was a smile on his face every day. He was joyful, fun, and caring. He was our "choir director" for more than a decade. He lived life to the fullest. He wanted the best for everyone and encouraged you on a daily basis. I look forward to seeing him in heaven again one day. You will be sorely missed my friend!

Betty,
I am so sorry to hear of Larry's passing. Working with him at BSJH was so much fun. Larry worked hard and cared for his "kids" at school. I pray you will be strengthened by God's comfort as you mourn his absence and celebrate his life.

As a former, now retired guidance counselor at Camdenton High School, I so appreciated Larry. He was one of the more thoughtful, service minded individuals I knew. He was always looking for ways to encourage teachers and I greatly appreciate all the times he encouraged us in the guidance office, whether through word, or dropping by a treat. I also greatly appreciate his service as president of the Missouri Retired Teachers Association. My condolences to his wife and loved ones. He will be missed.

Dearest Betty,
You and Larry mean so much to us. Larry's loss should leave an emptiness in our hearts, but instead it leaves our hearts filled with so much love. You and Larry were a beautiful example of what a marriage and friendship should be. I know you have healing days ahead, but having shared your life with such a generous, loving man should leave you with wonderful memories. We will miss our wine kisses but we will always feel the warmth of Larry's smile.
Love you bunches,
Donna & Donna

I AM NOT THERE
Do not stand by my grave and weep,
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn’s rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die.
