Obituary of Michael Keane Herman
Michael Keane Herman, 70, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2020 in his home at the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. He was the husband of Julie Herman. They shared a loving 30 years of marriage together.
Born in Whittier, California, he was the son of Ed Herman and Carol Dunn. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Music Management. After meeting Julie, they moved to Lake Ozark, Missouri to raise their two children.
He was the owner of Lake Services Boat Brokerage where, as he would like to say, provided “psychiatric help to boaters”. He enjoyed classic vinyls, dancing, but most of all spending time with his friends and family. He will be remembered for his loving heart, genuine charisma, and humor.
He is survived by his wife Julie; his children Katie and Stephen Duff, Christy and Zachary Ollison; his granddaughter Delaney Duff; and his brothers Zareb and Pat Herman.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to be sent to The Herman Family at 25 Asherton Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
We will be having a celebration of his life on a later date.
