I was so blessed to meet sweet, beautiful Fran almost three years ago when three of us friends from Calvary Lake Ozark Church met Fran through the local senior center began visiting her, first at Thanksgiving that year, then Christmas, her birthday, and then as often as we could. We dearly loved our visits with her, often listening to the stories she’d share about her childhood, her parents and what brought her to the Lake, Her cousin who owned the house next door to her at the Lake, her children and grandchildren that she loved to tell us about, all of her kitties :-), and her faith. I talked to Fran a couple of weeks ago on the phone as I would try to call her every few weeks to check on her to see how she was doing since I could a longer visit her due to COVID-19. I just found out today that Fran had passed away when I tried to call her and stop by her home but couldn’t reach her. We are sure going to miss you and your smile, Fran, your giggle, but most of all your friendship. And while I am incredibly sad to learn that you have left us, I know that God has welcomed you home with open arms. We love you. ❤️
