Obituary of Frances Aileen Simone

Frances Aileen Simone “Fran”, age 68, of Osage Beach, Missouri, formally of Brookline, Missouri, passed away peacefully in her sleep Thursday, May 21, 2020 at her home. Fran was born in Ballston Spa, New York to Vincent M. and Jane M. “Hillard” Simone on May 29, 1951. She was a long time employee at Lowe’s in Springfield and Osage Beach where she was a department manager in the tool department. Fran is survived by two sons Vincent Cornelison and wife Stacie Cornelison of Billings, Missouri and James Cornelison of Bois D’Arc, Missouri; sister Vicky Simone Kelley and husband Carl Kelley of Brookline, Missouri; and grandchildren Austin Cornelison, Allyssa Cornelison, Tatum Cornelison, Ella Cornelison, Skiler Cornelison, Landon Garrett, and Nate House. Frances was preceded in death by late husband Dan Ash of Springfield, Missouri, parents Vincent M. and Jane M. Simone, and brothers Michael Simone and Peter Simone. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Phoenix Home Health for several years of service. The family will plan a Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.
