Dear Enid, The last of the generation of Palmers from Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England. We hadn't seen each other for many years, probably your wedding in Lincoln at the Methodist Chapel, Portland Street, Lincoln when I was 7 years old but your were often in my thoughts over the years and I was very pleased to reconnect with the family in the US through social media a couple of years ago. You had a varied and fruitful life. May you rest in peace with the other Palmer ladies and gents and perhaps you'll give my Mum, your cousin Betty another perm like you did about 1950 to qualify as a hairdresser. Rest in Peace. xx Much love Penny and family

A few years back we all sat out on her lawn and watched the solar eclipse. I had set cameras up to film it all day and the ladies all wore there glasses it was a wonderful day in the neighborhood.

I met Enid playing golf. She was always a fun time. Loved her sense of humor and her sometimes off colored jokes. She will be greatly missed in our golf league ❤️❤️❤️
