Obituary of Ricky J. Fischer

Ricky “Rick” J. Fisher, age 66, of Osage Beach, Missouri passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at his home in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Rick was born on November 21, 1956, in Sweet Springs, Missouri, the son of Ralph Fischer and Patricia (Burnfiend) Henderson. Rick dedicated 37 years of service to Morton Buildings. Rick set the standard with his hardworking, dependable, and loyal work ethic. He was a man that could build or fix anything with his hands. Rick was an avid fisherman and enjoyed time on the golf course.

On June 30, 1992, Rick united in marriage to Carol Desrochers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They shared 30 years together and moved to Osage Beach to enjoy their retirement years at the lake. Rick was preceded in his death by his wife.

He is survived by his sons Randy Fischer of Richland, Washington; Mark Fischer of Wenatchee, Washington; Brian Fischer of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; daughter Crystal Lillard of Norman, Oklahoma. 8 grandchildren Alexis, Rylee, Paige, Cameron, Brooklyn, Sarah, Ronin, and GemmaGene on the way. 4 brothers and a sister.
